Create PDF books in MS Publisher
Step 1: Prepare your original PDF file for conversion.
The first step to digital publishing or printing is to convert your old MS Word files into PDF documents. While you can choose from other XPS file formats, PDF is the most widely accepted “read only” file format across all publishing platforms. Whether it’s a website, Kindle, or while printing, PDF will support all of your metadata, graphics, and page layouts just as it would when printed or read on any device.

Standard — This is the standard publishing option that allows for online publishing, emailing, and printing via desktop printers.
High-quality printing — Ideal for high-quality digital publications in eBook format for online reading and printing at copy shops.
Commercial Publishing — Larger, better formats are best at restoring high-quality images at higher resolutions.
Custom — This is where you can customize the page settings and page layout types.

Note: The larger your PDF size is, and the more images and multimedia you include, the longer it may take for your readers to download it.
Finally, click OK, then export your PDF file, which you can upload online right away and have your readers read and download the file.
Things to remember
It is important that your computer supports PDF conversion from MS Publisher. You can check if you have this on your device by going to “File” on your computer and then to the “Print” option. If your computer supports PDF conversion, there will be an option to choose that. Otherwise, you will need to install a PDF creator or use web-based software available on the Internet.
