Our clients will only see the previous day's results after the data has been checked for errors or inaccuracies. There are many different data sources in a telemarketing campaign: customer lead records, call history, call and agent time data, ivr data, crm data Tableau allows us to create custom queries or drag and drop tables to access this data efficiently. Why is this important? Because it gives us flexibility when setting up data sources and establishing relationships between those sources in queries or establishing relationships in the Tableau interface.
For most reports we use queries, which gives us more flexibility.
