4 years of entrepreneurship: the affirmation

Post by simarahman5835 »

August 22, 2016: I am officially self-employed. 4 years of entrepreneurship later, I finally feel like I belong! My entrepreneurial journey has been complex. I constantly took sideways paths until I found my alignment a few weeks before blowing out my third candle . It was long! However, I have learned every day since I became my own boss. So, like every year, I am taking advantage of this month of September to take stock of the 12 months that have just ended.

Take a step back to jump better
After a chaotic spring of 2019, I made a difficult but necessary belgium whatsapp mobile phone number list decision: find a part-time job . It was impossible to focus on the stability of my business when my inner voice was constantly worrying about my financial insecurity. Like thinking about actions when all you can think about is finding a way to pay your rent and food for the month?

I believe quite a bit in destiny and the signs that life sends us. At the time I made this decision, my bulk grocery store posted a part-time job offer. In the end, I wasn't hired. But a few hours after the negative response, I discovered that Ozon ( where I regularly pick up my lunch ) was looking for 3 people for part-time positions. I didn't think twice and applied in the afternoon. The next day, I had an interview and came out with a contract!

So since September, I've been on duty every lunchtime . I sell Ozon's delicious dishes with my tripoteur and I love it! This job allows me to go out and see people every day. And when you work alone from home, it's not a luxury.

My brain stops worrying about the daily burdens . I can finally focus on what really matters: making my business viable and stable.
