Storytelling is a great way to learn
It is by telling stories that people pass on their knowledge from generation to generation.
According to Tenfold, 65 to 70% of the information transmitted by storytelling is retained by the brain, compared to 5 to 10% for a presentation based on raw information and large numbers of statistics. Our brain is not made to retain numbers, but it reacts to our sensations and emotions.

Storytelling can be used in every aspect of your life.
For example, the other day I was on the Wanted Community group poland whatsapp in Bordeaux and a user posted an ad to sell a piece of furniture. I'll transcribe it for you without the spelling mistakes:
"If you're looking to buy yourself a piece of history, this piece of furniture is for you. It can be installed horizontally or vertically and was made from a thousand-year-old oak tree planted in the grounds of the King of Sweden's castle. Unfortunately, it was the victim of a fire started by the Swedish yellow vests protesting against the obligation to wear briefs in the swimming pool (how shameful), but it survived! At least that's what the salesman at IKEA told me..."
The post was accompanied by a photo of a very ordinary piece of furniture from the Swedish brand.
The basic goal of the ad is to sell a piece of furniture. But the user managed to capture attention by adding a touch of storytelling and a good dose of humor.
Result: more comments and views on his ad than on a classic ad for a piece of furniture of the same type.
