When I used to manage my accounting the old way, I was never up to date. I updated my Excel spreadsheet about every 6 months. And I only wrote down my cash inflows. On Freebe, you have a tab dedicated to your cash flow . At a glance, you can see your receipts (your invoices) and your expenses. You have a summary of the amounts received, your contributions and your profits. Like the rest of the platform, everything is intuitive, well thought out and pleasant to look at.

You can link your bank account to your Freebe account . This way, your bank transactions will be displayed directly in your treasury. I really like this feature because as soon as a customer makes a transfer to me, I receive an email to let me know that I have received a payment. I no longer need to have my nose in my bank account.

Your receipts are linked to the corresponding invoice . This allows cambodia whatsapp you to see very quickly which invoice has been paid and which ones are still open.

For me, this part works averagely. My bank transfers don't always show up and I often have to add my collections manually . But it literally takes me 30 seconds so it's not a huge problem.



EDIT of 15.03 : a few minutes after the publication of the article, Antoine wrote to me to help me solve this problem (because yes, I had procrastinated a bit to manage this malfunction). In a few seconds, the link between Freebe and my bank account was updated. Because Freebe is also that: exceptional customer service!But negative comments are very rare, overall my community pushes me upwards, we stimulate each other and it's a kind of exchange of good deeds !
