Meta Business Suite is a handy tool if you only post on Facebook and Instagram. However, most social media marketers can save even more time and energy by using a social media management tool and managing all their profiles from a single dashboard. A tool like Hootsuite will help you schedule content across Facebook, Instagram (posts, stories, and reels), TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest from a single location.
If you choose to schedule your Instagram Stories using Facebook's native solution,japan phone number data log in to your account and follow the steps below.
Step 1: Access Meta Business Suite
Go to your Page and click on Meta Business Suite in the menu on the left side of the screen.

A new tab opens. Select your account from the drop-down menu at the top left of the dashboard.
Step 2: Start creating your story
All you need to do is click the Create Story button at the top of the dashboard.
You can also go to the Content section , then click the arrow in the top right corner and select Create Story .

When you click one of these options, the "Create a Story" window appears. Select the account you want to share your story to, then upload an image or video to start working on your story.
The editing options in Business Suite are quite limited compared to what you can do in the Instagram or Hootsuite app: you can only crop your media file and add text and stickers.

Step 3: Schedule your Instagram story
Once you are satisfied with your creation, select Schedule from the Scheduling Options .

Click the calendar icon to choose the publication date, then enter the desired time in the field to the right.

After saving the date and time, click Schedule and that's it! Your story will automatically be published to Instagram at the chosen time.

You can verify that your story has been scheduled by selecting Content , then Stories , then Scheduled .

The scheduled story is also visible in your Calendar view .

From both locations, the three-dot button allows you to manage your story: edit it, reschedule it, publish it immediately, or remove it from your pipeline.
