Open the new Outlook app.
Click on Settings (gear icon in the top right).
Select Accounts > Email accounts.
Under Email accounts, select Add Account, and either choose a suggested account or enter a different email address and click Continue.
If prompted, enter the password for vp audit email list the account and select Done.
Outlook on the Web:

Go to the Outlook website and log in to your primary account.
Click the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top right corner.
Click on View all Outlook settings at the bottom.
Select Mail, then Sync email.
Click on Add account under "Manage your connected accounts".
Follow the prompts to connect your second email account (you might need to enter the email address and password).
Once you've added the second account, you can switch between them in the left-hand navigation pane in the desktop app or web version.
