Why do they say that "cheap is expensive"

For receiving invoices and attached documents, customers prefer email, although many people who do not work in offices no longer use it. It is estimated that less than 20% of the population is an active email user and many of the activities that were previously done via email are now done via WhatsApp, so companies are migrating these processes to WhatsApp.

For due date reminders, customers prefer a combination of SMS and robocalls, because in telegram number list the hustle and bustle of everyday life, a single text reminder can be forgotten, just like a single alarm clock ring. Customers prefer 3-6 reminder messages a day before or during payday, especially if they forget to pay frequently. Customers prefer reminders and insistence to forgetting to pay and having to deal with fines, late fees or service suspensions, which are always a very bad experience.

For post-due payment reminders, customers prefer to be prompted through multiple means and allowed to interact with the brand, especially when they require support with a payment renegotiation, change of cut-off date or to clarify the situation for which they have not paid.
