It can also be used for payment notifications, payroll dispersion, event invitations, and the results of a procedure.

Micro-learning: To deliver courses based on small daily overseas data messages and questions to be assessed daily. Ideal for large sales and support groups, with high turnover or who need to learn new products.
It is important to define which areas of the company will use the tool, to delimit the scope that it should have and then ask each area.

How many customers do I want to reach?
Will I send it manually or do I require a service integrated into my processes and systems?
Will the delivery be just a one-way notification or am I looking for something conversational?
What would be the ultimate goal I seek with this campaign?

Each sector has its qualitative and quantitative objectives to meet, and the ideal is to define both results in quantitative terms and choose a control group to be able to know how much and how text messaging improved in each of the areas and actions involved.
